- We continue to provide our professional services until the executive search for this position has been completed and you are satisfied
- Represent you in the marketing initiatives, these include but are not limited to:
- Various job boards
- Our internal company database
- Any national and or local newspapers and affiliations we deem necessary for the search
- Any and all professional institutes and governing bodies that would assist us in our executive search
- Any and all job fairs
- On behalf of each client we work with we are committed to recruit, screen and conduct references for all eligible candidates
- Prescreen and determine the eligibility of all candidates for each position
- Provide you the client, with the following information for all eligible candidates:
- An up to date resumes of the candidate
- Profile of the candidate outlining their qualifications, experiences and licenses or certifications
- Proof of the candidates licensure
- One reference check conducted by KEE Healthcare as well as 2 other references that may be contacted by you
- Provide the dates and times for the candidates availability for potential interviews
- Coordinate and set up interviews on you the clients behalf
- Represent and negotiate all employment offers extended to each candidate
- Assist our candidate with any relocation questions and issues related to the position
- Provide you the client with bi monthly progress reports and be available for monthly teleconferences
